The IPMS Contractor Registration platform is meant to assist and facilitate effective and efficient contractor registration with PPRA. Contractors who wish to participate in Government tenders are required to register with PPRA through the IPMS System. Contractors that require technical assistance with their applications from PPRA are urged to approach PPRA within a REASONABLE time to enable PPRA adequate time to provide the necessary assistance. All contractors are therefore urged to seek assistance from PPRA at the earliest opportunity to avoid unnecessary delays in the application process. PPRA shall not be held liable for any delays in processing of applications and/or any outstanding tasks by the contractor as may be indicated on the contractor profile and dashboard.
